Planning the whole year can be a huge task and motivation for all the goals you set at the start of the year may start to waver after a few months. It’s far more beneficial to focus on 3 months at a time – you can make huge strides in your achievements and keep your motivation going for just 90 days.

During the day we will:

- Create 3 clear goals for you to achieve over the next 90 days that fit your longer term plans
- Turn those 3 goals into a series of achievable projects
- Create your diary for the next 90 days so you have time for holidays, hobbies, follow up AND grow your business.

9.00 – 10.00 am Session 1 : Big picture goals and brainstorm seasonal product and service ideas for your business and your ideal clients to take into account
10.00- 11 am Break and Task B “Map out your next 90 day priorities”
11- 12.30 pm Session 2: Focus on YOUR business in turn
12.30- 1.30 pm Lunch break
1.30 – 3.00 pm Session 3: Breaking down your goals to promotional plans
3.00 – 4.00 pm Break (do the school run if necessary) and Task D: “Present your Dream 90 days”
4.00 – 5.30 pm Session 4 You present your dream 90 days and collectively we make it happen!
