Often you are promoted to a senior position because you are particularly good at sales. It does not necessarily follow that you are great at managing and motivating sales staff. But your new role demands it – so what can you do?
I have spent part of my career as a Sales and Marketing Director so I know what the pressures and skills needed to be successful in it. It is then up to you whether you continue with regular coaching/mentoring sessions with Nicci who operates as a personal ally to you in your company, a sounding board for specific ideas and staff challenges and inspires you to reach your potential fast as a senior manager. Regular coaching sessions are £350 + VAT a month which includes a 90 minute face to face session and weekly check-ins by email for accountability and support. Between sessions specific tasks will be set which directly relate to your work and your management skill development.
